Returns Policy
We make everything with care – and hope you choose with care, too.
At Olejanka, many of our products are made fresh to order – like cold-pressed oils and sourdough starters. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns on non-faulty items that are perishable or custom-prepared. We encourage thoughtful purchases and are always here to answer your questions before you order.
✔️What can be returned:
- Bread accessories (e.g. linen bags, baking tools) – can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
- Seed products – unopened packages may be eligible for return. Please contact us first.
- Spice blends – due to hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
❌ What cannot be returned:
- Cold-pressed oils (unless damaged in transit)
- Sourdough starter (fresh and made to order)
- Opened spices or seeds
If your item arrives damaged:
Please send us an email at [your email or link to contact page] within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, with clear photos of the damaged product. In most cases, we’ll offer a refund or replacement. You don’t need to return it – we’ll ask you to dispose of it safely.
Return shipping:
If you’re returning an item for any reason other than damage or error on our part, return postage costs are your responsibility.
