Most Popular Questions
is Cold pressed oil should be kept in the fridge?
Yes, absolutely! Our oils are freshly cold-pressed with no preservatives, so they feel best when stored in the fridge. That way they keep their taste, quality, and all their precious nutrients right to the last drop.
What’s the shelf life of the oil?
Since I press each bottle to order, it’s always super fresh. The shelf life is 3 months from the pressing date – you’ll find it clearly marked on the label. It’s a natural product, so the fresher, the better!

Yes! Many parents give it to their kids straight on a spoon or mixed into food. It’s a natural support for the immune system and a great source of omega-3s. Start with small amounts and see how it goes – every child is different.

Yes – flaxseed oil can be a great addition to your diet during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It supports the baby’s development and keeps mum feeling her best. As with anything new during this time, it’s always smart to check with your doctor first.
What’s the best way to take flaxseed oil?
The simplest way is straight from a spoon! But you can also drizzle it over salads, porridge, steamed veggies, potatoes, or grains. Just don’t heat it – flaxseed oil works best cold. It’s delicious with fresh bread and a pinch of spices too.
Can I cook or fry with cold pressed oil?
Nope – flaxseed oil doesn’t like high temperatures. It’s not suitable for frying or cooking. Keep it cold, and you’ll keep all its goodness.
Why does this oil taste different than the store-bought kind?
Because it’s super fresh! Store-bought oils often sit for months before you even open them. Mine is pressed to order – so it smells and tastes like real, natural flaxseed. If you’ve ever had a bitter oil, chances are it was already past its best.

Yes – we won’t lie to you – it’s not a mild little oil! Black seed oil has a bold, slightly peppery taste and a strong aroma. Not everyone loves it at first… but it really works. Many people start with small amounts and wash it down with water (or eat something right after). Quite a few grow to like it – and some even love it! like a marmite 😉
What is black seed oil good for?
It’s known as a natural support for immunity, allergies, digestion, and even skin health. Some people call it “black gold” – and not without reason! You can take it internally, but it also works great when applied to the skin or hair.

Yes, but it’s best to check with your doctor – especially for younger kids. It has a strong flavour and powerful properties, so it’s good to start small (like half a teaspoon) and see how the body reacts.
