I live in Livingston – Scotland
My love for simple, wholesome food began long before that – back in Poland
where I am coming from.
As a child, I picked wild mushrooms, berries, and wild greens,
and I’ve always loved experimenting in the kitchen.
Nature was my teacher.
I create what I miss from Poland
What I couldn’t buy I started making myself.
Why Olejanka?

A need for real food.
After moving to Scotland, my health declined. I felt tired, disconnected, and out of balance. Searching for answers, I turned to food. Again and again, one thing came up: fresh, cold-pressed flaxseed oil.
But I couldn’t find anything truly fresh – the oils were bitter, oxidised, and in some cases, toxic. So I took matters into my own hands.
I bought my own oil press and started making flaxseed oil
from organic seeds.
First just for me -Then for friends. And now – for you.
Since then, Olejanka has grown to include hand-blended spices, sourdough starter, and carefully chosen seeds

Every product I offer is something I use myself.
