Why milk thistle oil?
Milk thistle seeds are well known for their high content of silymarin – a powerful antioxidant complex that protects liver cells from damage, supports regeneration, and may help flush out toxins from the body. Our oil preserves the benefits of the seeds in a form that’s easy to digest and absorb.
Each 100g contains over 79g of unsaturated fats, including omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, known to support healthy cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation. It also provides a solid dose of vitamin E (over 52 mg/100g), protecting your cells from oxidative stress.
How to use it?
