How to use your starter:
➡️ Want to bake today? Feed it with 100g flour + 100g water, leave in a warm place for 2 hours – once bubbly and active, it’s ready to go.
➡️ Baking tomorrow? Feed and pop it in the fridge overnight – it will wake up full of energy.
Storage & care:
Store in the fridge for 5–7 days without feeding
Not baking every day? Feed it weekly (e.g. 100g flour + 100g water)
For best results, feed the day before baking to let it fully wake up
